Permission To Use Personal Statement |
| The sender/submitter irrevocably authorizes Sheila McNaughton the
worldwide rights to use, publish, reprint in whole or in part, for all media, all
languages, all editions in perpetuity, including the right to change, edit and adapt the
Christmas Treasure Story and picture, if any, attached. This authorization shall extend only to the publication, tentatively titled My Christmas Treasures, including all formats, new editions, reprints, excerpts, advertisements, publicity and promotion thereto of said work and further including such publications as hold subsidiary rights thereto. The sender/submitter acknowledges that the permission granted herein is non-revocable and that no payment is due therein. This agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, assigns and personal representatives. |
